Thanks to all of you who participated in the contest.  The following Breast Cancer Survivors and the individuals who nominated them attended the luncheon on Saturday, November 1, 2008 at the Hope & Healing Center in Memphis, Tennessee.

Kristi White nominated her grandmother, 81-year-old Ernestine White, who was also selected to attend the luncheon but Ernestine was too ill to attend. 

 

Aryen Moore-Alston, host and chef of This House is Cooking!, delivered a “Think Pink” menu fit for a queen.  The ingredients to make these mouth watering dishes were provided by Whole Foods.
